I thought I would give this location another chance as I had stopped going for several months because of past experiences, however I will never be returning. I ordered the lavender matcha latte earlier today with coconut milk, no sugar, and cinnamon on top. None of these 3 things were done, despite it being on the order sticker. Having a dairy allergy, they also didn’t even use oat milk (what it is made with in the standard order), but regular milk. I don’t understand how that is even possible to mess up. So disappointed in this location every time

NOT FOR ME AND TIM HORTONS.

Just walked in to get my mobile order which had apparently gone elsewhere, that I absolutely do not have time to go fetch since I work in the plaza. I was told that the service had been turned off. The store had 3 customers inside. Not sure why you’d turn off mobile orders. Also no apology was given. Not impressed.

First Starbucks that I have been to where all the staff were miserable. No thank you or Hello. Nothing. Such a depressing spot.
