The barista that was taking orders at 10AM in the morning lied to paying customers that they are out of a product and when they really were not! Some of the most “UNPROFESSIONAL” morning crew that I have “EVER” came across when it comes to customer service at a STARBUCKS, which I spend lots of money with. The product I was told that they were out of I was able to order it on the app and was able to pick it up on the inside with no issues. When I walked in I explained to them what happened and they refused to give me the manager’s information! This is disgusting and they should NOT represent this company this way! I think the lady that took my order and lied that they were out of this product thought it was funny! She knows who she is and I hope she loses her job!
Would not recommend, waited 20 minutes for a vanilla bean coffee frozen just to get straight vanilla bean and then told I'd have to wait extra to have it fixed while the lady chit chatted with her friends. Trashy service.
It was ok. Was in Target. Glad yo be able to get coffee to walk through the store.
At 5:40 we had just came from dinner and all were looking forward to Starbucks for our new Coffee Drinks! And shopping. So sad they said they were closing and wiping everything down.
