Don’t come to Starbucks often except to get my birthday drink once per year. Stopped here yesterday and the barista seemed a little peeved at me not telling him I had a birthday reward before trying to pay and then tried to make a comment back-stepping his rude tone. Sorry you had to work Superbowl Sunday but don’t take it out on the customers.
Ordered through mobile app. 2 hit drinks, one the usual hit temp another extra hot. Showed up 1 minute before noted pick up time. One drink was lukewarm while another COLD. I noticed until I was a few minutes away and could not turn back since I was on way to a meeting. There was no line in Drive thru and only a few customers. Why woukd they make the order so early? I tried chatting with customer service and emailing. Still waiting to refund or offer to have drinks remade. I even told them the drinks were still full and they could send someone to pick them up..

They forgot my order and took more then 30minutes,This place is they messed up my orders twice even after I told them it 3 times
they are so nice here and love my cat, who sometimes rides with me.
I have been going to this Starbucks for 7 years, the staff were always great and very pleasant and super friendly. The last couple time I went there they have never made my drink I wanted. Just a couple days I went with my mom and my cat, the manager was so rude and disrespectful to me and she kicked me out the store because I had my cat with me and it was freezing cold she didn’t even let wait for my drink. What is updating is any she could have come to the table I was sitting, but she talked me right in front of all those customers it was very embarrassing and professional of her.
