Spirit of Texas Brewstillery

Spirit of Texas is a small town, homegrown, micro-distillery & brewery that was born and raised in Pflugerville Texas. With a keen eye for quality, founder Shaun Siems set out to make fantastic products at affordable prices. We wanted to develop something that was truly unique to Texas so we started out making Pecan Street Rum. A delicious aged rum that has been aged on American oak with Texas pecans! We came up with the saying, which holds true: "it's nice on ice, and mixes with everything." We later came out with our Pfluger Single Malt Whiskey. This one is still like a hidden gem. It has won multiple gold medals around the world as well as the Best Single Malt in Texas at the Texas Whiskey Festival for 2019 & 2020. Come see for yourself!
