Friendly location near Nob Hill Foods with outdoor seating. Dark roast was worth the wait for the pour-over.

My white hot chocolate was ready very quickly. It was made very well. The staff inside the store were very friendly & helpful. I hadn't been to this location in a while. But I sure won't hesitate to come again.

I asked the worker for the coffee to be hot, but she said she could not, because the milk would make it cold.

I’ve been to this Starbucks multiple times and my experience there wasn’t the best. There was a particular barista on the floor whose attitude was not professional, she did not provide customer service and the way she handles her baristas on the floor is very poor. Management needs to do better.
