Worst Starbucks I have ever been too in my life. I waited over a half hour for four shots of espresso. There was never “im sorry for your wait” “ we are super backed up” or a heads up when I ordered. The lady who ordered litrerally 20 seconds before I had she left with her full order 5 minutes prior. I asked the extremely rude barista with major RBF if I was next because she started on a drink that was obviously not mine and she said there was still 3 drinks before mine . I have been in customer service for well over 20 years and that staff needs some serious training. I will let everyone I know to NEVER give their business to this Starbucks!

I just went to Starbucks for the buy one get one free deal they had going on today and I ordered at the speaker and asked the barista if it was still going on and she said yes if you have the app and I said OK cool. When I got to the window, she only handed me one drink and I said I had to buy one get one free and she said you have to have the app and I was confused because they were only announcing it in the app and I asked about it so I obviously have it… so I asked if I had to order through the app. The barista responded no I just had to have the app again, so again I told her I had the app. She just looks at me. I said are you not going to give me the free drink is that what you’re saying? & she said she’s sorry she only rang me up for one instead of realizing she made a mistake and making it right. I work with customer service and in my opinion that was not a good interaction.

Staff is nice and accommodating!

This cafe had a chill vibe for sure. Great place to do a little work, read, chat with friends. The music was a little too loud but other than that great place to go and my Mocha Cookie Crumble (special order) Drink was perfectly made.

The one star is not because of the baristas, they got my 2 drinks out reasonably, but the girl doing my Danish's was ridiculous, she gave everyone their orders before us, even customers that walked in after. I waited 20 minutes for 2 Danish's to heat. I ordered at 10:24am and finally got my food at 10:43am. Then when I approached the counter (for the second time, I should add) to cancel them from my order, all of a sudden they were done and she handed me them from behind the counter.

Venti pink drink in drive-thru. Service little slow. But no big deal. But my drink has no strawberries. Disappointed

Wow wow wowzer! I have fell head over heels in love! With what you ask. With Gruyère & Bacon Egg Bites. These glorious soft, creamy, and delicious yellow lumps of sunshine are truly amazingly flavorful and filling. If you’ve never tried them, you are truly missing out. They are served in a two-pack. Which for me is the perfect amount. It makes for a quick breakfast, or honestly a quick snack anytime. So far these are the best options I’ve found on their menu. However, the blueberry muffins and the double chocolate brownies are also very high on my list. If you’re like me, and tired of the same McCrap from other fast food places; then do yourself a favor and order from Starbucks. They’re every bit as fast as any other drive thru.

Fast service, but I was there very late and the only customer.

Their sugar cookie oatmilk latte was the best at all four locations I tried in the last week. I want to know about their secret of making it the best.
