Plz explain to me how all the Starbucks near my house have no strawberry puree. This is the 7th time in the last 1.5 weeks that I've gone to get my drink and they don't have the ingredients. Once I use up my card and stars I'm def not coming back.

Online order placed @1pm. Arrived to pick up order @1:05pm. Got stuck in the drive through for 30 min. Received my drink and it wasn’t even full.
