Really miserable employees who take the longest time getting your food to you!!!! Was in the drive through for 40 minutes!!!!!
Worst place ever. Drive-thru customer service really needs better people. It’s worth the extra mile to go to another Starbucks then get horrible service from this one.
Why, why can't I get the drink that's posted on the menu?? Twice now my husband has tried- 1st time I let it go. Twice my husband has tried to get me a chestnut praline Frappuccino. I have received a weird concoction with milk, whip cream and chestnut praline topping. It's $7 for a drink, please can I get what you advertise!!
I don’t frequent Starbucks often but had a gift card to use. I ordered a holiday item as it was on the menu up at the drive thru and was told rudely that they didn’t have them anymore since the holiday was over. This person spoke over the person taking my order. Then when I got my drink at the drive thru she didn’t even look at me (literally looked in the opposite direction and there wasn’t anyone else there) and was annoyed I had a gift card. The entire interaction was bizarre and reminded me why I prefer local coffee shops.
I ordered ahead via the Starbucks app and went to pick my order from the drive-thru. I got 2 venti drinks, one of which was the matcha latte and the other was a pink drink with matcha cold foam. When I went to pick up the drinks, this is what my matcha latte looked like. I was honestly in shock and held the 2 venti drinks side by side for comparison. I asked the employee why the matcha latte wasn’t full and was told that the foam settled off. She offered to have it remade and it still came out with 1/3 of the cup being foam. I left without saying anything because at this point the line behind me has gotten long. Having been to this location for at least 10 years and ordering matcha latte very frequently, this is the first time I’ve had a barista telling me that the foam counts as part of the drink. I feel robbed… It’s such a shame and disappointment because this location has always been providing such amazing service.
This Starbucks consistently has the most miserable employees I've ever encountered in my life. I live a few minutes away, so I pop in occasionally, mostly only to get cake pops for my kids. The customer service here is atrocious. I've never seen an employee here smile. Many times I've had to wait quite a long time because no one is working at the register, though there are typically 6 to 9 people behind the counter. The only employee who will ever even make eye contact with me is the person who eventually takes my order. I always try to be friendly, just to see if maybe it will be different this time, but I'm at the point that I won't go back.
