Can’t go wrong with chipotle.

Vibe inside is nice. But whenever I order from this place online I feel like they are taking my money. I pay extra for more chicken and NEVER get what I pay for.

They started charging extra for extra sides. I had to write corporate and they let me know Chipotles policy is NOT to do that and that they overcharged me here. On the app you'll see sides are not an extra charge so I'm not sure why this store alone is making up rules even corporate doesn't agree with. I’ve been on a road trip all day with my family and we stopped at this chipotle. Ordered our food and asked for water cups at the register. The cashier told me, they ran out of water cups and that I would have to pay for drinks. We’ve been on the road for over five hours and all I wanted was water, which is what I usually order. They refused to give us a cup for water until I pulled the manager to the side and explained to her that my expecting wife only prefers to drink water. My son and I, weren’t able to get cups. Very unprofessional to inconvenience the paying customer because the business ran out of water cups. Thankfully we’re just driving through. I won’t come back to this store. What a way to start the new year.

Constantly trying to charge for “sides” such as sour cream, corn, cheese if you ask for them on the side rather than in your bowl. And then will sit there and argue with you as to why they are charging you more. I understand paying for more chicken. I can also understand chips or a tortilla being considered a “side” but toppings? Come on, people are already paying +$9-10 on one Bowl/Burrito. Never have these issues at any other location.

Food is half boiled, some of the service team not able to understand the English to serve what customer needs. no proper quality of food (some times horrible to eat). they need to improve service, food and neatness

Got in just before they closed the door an hour early. Got up to the line to see they had no beef, no black beans, no white rice and barely any chicken. They seemed annoyed I was ordering food. I had a 3 item order and they were trying to rush my first item through and serve the next customer before I had a chance to place the order for my second item. Completely disorganized and disrespectful.
