Had to argue for them to just give me a large water. “No you can only use our little baby tiny water cup”. I’m thirsty man, just give me the large cup!

Service used to be excellent, and the coffee is great - however, I always order a plain black coffee as they used to serve it right away. Since they have stopped doing that now I have to wait 10 minutes for a simple pour... Deal breaker for me

Horrible. They put out a single drink every 5 minutes. The workers are literally just standing there doing nothing. I had to tell them they had oatmilk in stock because they didn’t know until I pointed to it. Need to fire the entire staff.

They have never made my drink right. One time there was a bug in it too.
