The early AM customer service person is wonderful. She is very detail oriented when it comes to preparing drinks. Each and every time that I stop if she is giving awesome customer service that is so hard to find !

Second visit because I had no money there option: Mobile ordered and they turned out to be closed. First visit: 30 minutes to make 1 cold brew. Either staff it better or show them how to work faster. Poor / no management.

Overpriced products and too much hype. Go to Dunkin Donuts, their coffee and iced products taste way better and affordable.

Placed an order online at 715. Coming to get there in time to think my drink was made only to find out. The barista went on break. 45 min prior to closing

Love them . The employees rock and I love getting hot water every day from them free of charge Kid-friendliness: They definitely have cake pops n other stuff for the kiddos
