Starbucks

Service was slow. Couldn't find a place to sit down.

I have come to this Starbucks so many times since it is close to me and this one in particular is SO slow. The people who work here have no personality. They will completely ignore you when you are standing right there. I also have seen on a handful of occasions that they will make a drink and just leave it sitting behind the bar for minutes before they to hand it off. I’ve had to say to employees on multiple visits “hey that’s my drink.” I also have had to wait to order sometimes 5 mins because everyone has their back turned and they won’t acknowledge the people waiting. I’ve always seen them staffed with multiple people on the floor so I don’t quite understand why their service is so poor. I try to give them grace because I am a former employee but this store is particularly bad because their employees just seem so unhappy and do not make any drinks with a sense of urgency. The manager needs to work on hiring good people or training these partners in customer service.

This is a busy Starbucks, so if you’re not a regular you will have to figure out this store’s specific methodology in placing pick up orders. I have never had it take 20 minutes to get a tap-poured drink at Starbucks. If you don’t have time, don’t come to this place. I couldn’t even see there was a cup with my name on it because it starts with a letter near the end of the alphabet and so was placed behind some storage canisters that were next to the area designated by the person handing out the drinks to be where in-cafe orders were coming out. I wasn’t looking there and even if I had been, my drink was hiding.

Nice little place, still with some seats with sockets for remote work, friendly staff, and interesting collection of customers .. no long community tables though

Great place for coffee, tea and snacks.

That place is so crowded and usually they forget to pour coffee only getting milk or decaf instead of caffeine it is okay

This Starbucks had a great service!
