Here, at Persimmon, in the center of Bethesda, MD we know that good food and welcoming environment is what will create the experience of warmth, comfort and exuberance for our guests. Our American cuisine restaurant offers you classic, innovative dishes, produced with high quality, fresh ingredients, often in fusion with French or Mediterranean flavors. The current owners are 3 passionate men who’ve been previous employees of the establishment. They purchased Persimmon in 2023 from the previous owners, Damian and Stephanie Salvatore, and strive to continue and improve the restaurant’s reputation, culture and outstanding service, that commenced in 1998.
