Ordered a coffee and two sandwiches. Took 20 mins to make the coffee and they never made the sandwiches - asking a receipt for proof that I ordered them. Almost missed my flight. Terrible attitude.
Terribly unorganized. The employees don't seem to care at all about getting drinks out correctly or in a timely manner. Couldn't believe how bad they behaved either - two of the employees clearly had an issue with one another which contributed to the chaos.
Slowest Starbucks operation in history. With 7 people working, they are probably 80% less productive than your average Starbucks: About 3 of them are talking doing nothing, they do not take mobile orders and mix up orders about half the time.
Worst Starbucks I've ever been to in my life and I've been to a lot. Terrible service and very slow
This line was because the employee running the register was too busy texting on her phone to help customers woman in background with orange hair). On behalf of the whole line, I'd like to apologize for interrupting her conversation. I know it's the airport but the service has really gotten bad. Apparently Starbucks doesn't care about service as long as you don't have a choice. In contrast, The woman making drinks was very polite. Overall, it's making me unlikely to choose Starbucks anywhere not just this location.
