Shogun Japanese Restaurant

My first trip and very impressed. Food was great and the cook very talented.

I sometimes work late and too tired to even think about cooking or expecting ny wife who works just as hard to cook. This place has become my favorite place for take out. Food is freshly made and ready by the time I get there to pick it up. The staff and managers are always very pleasant and courteous. I rarely give an all star review but this place really earned it. They make me feel welcome and as if they know me. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting our city who enjoys Japanese food. They've earned me being a loyal customer.

Do not waste your time going here. The food was terrible. The teriyaki and soy sauce does not taste good. Everything was over peppered. The waitress did a good job and the restaurant itself is nice. We have tried every hibachi in Fayetteville and the best one that normally has 2 hr wait is worth waiting for and it’s Mikotos on Raeford Rd near Tractor Supply.

I cannot speak much about the atmosphere because I only did a take out. I can speak a lot about my food, I think the best thing I got was the soup. I ordered a vegetable hibachi, it was not good. I don't know of a better way to describe it, I won't be back. The food made me sick.

First time going with some friends after church Sunday. Food was delicious, service was excellent. Fellowship was needed. Definitely will be going back.

We ordered sushi and we got the king roll, volcano roll, and the new volcano roll. Everything was good. But the volcano roll was not what we normally get. It had the crab on top of the rice. But that was it. Just crab on top of rice. Very disappointed!
