Won’t be ordering anything there anymore. Last two times I ordered the chicken and rice pan along with salad and pita , the chicken and rice pan had hardly anything in it, never was like that before always a good portion. I always give a place a couple times just to make sure it’s not just a one time thing but nope will go somewhere else now

The food here is fantastic, that is not the issue. The issue is the fact that when placing a carryout order, the staff (mainly the owner), takes it upon himself to add a 10% tip to the total without consent. This is not a one-off neither as this has happened several times. For example, tonight I placed a carryout order. I had a rough idea of how much it was going to be but when I picked it up, I was told a different total. I was in a hurry so I didn't dispute it at the time, but when I got home, I placed the EXACT same order on their website for pickup. As suspected, the total (with tax), was less than what I was charged. I then added a 10% tip to the order, and the total matched what I was charged at the restaurant upon pickup. It's bad enough that everyone everywhere has raised their prices. But to gouge customers further by adding tips without consent, just adds insult to injury and quite frankly, is theft plain and simple. This is disappointing as the food is halfway decent, but I refuse to give this establishment anymore of my business due to the above. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Excellent customer service and delicious food! I called ahead a few days to place a large takeout order, only to have the winter storm alter the number of guests able to join for dinner - I called morning of to see if I could adjust my order, and the man I spoke with on the phone was so friendly, and helped me customize my order to the new number of guests I was expecting. The food was delicious - we did the mixed meat platters (w/rice & vegetables), hummus, lentil soups, and the pita bread/garlic sauce. Everyone was very pleased with their meal! One of our guests has severe food allergies, and the restaurant was very clear in their knowledge of what their platters included, making it a safe option for all guests. My friend was especially pleased with her phone call to the restaurant, as she often has a hard time confirming what is/is not safe for her son to consume. We will definitely order from here for future gatherings, and highly recommend others to do the same! Dietary restrictions: We had a dairy, peanut, and sesame allergy in our group, and each person we spoke with was very clear and aware of what options were safe - which was almost everything! My friend was very pleased with the customer service, as she often has a hard time confirming what is/is not safe for her son to eat.

I love the food very much! Really great food!! But I placed an order and they forget the hummus which was 10 dollars. We called and they apologized still not the best service
