Very bad attitude of the cashier Elizabeth. Very rude and frustrated lady. I'm new dasher and I was little confused about the payment. Instead of telling me she was just yelling and telling me to learn my job first. Doesn't have courtesy to talk and treat the customers with respect. She is not fit to be at the customer service job. Very disappointed with such a bad behavior!! Very unprofessional.Provide that psycho lady some training. I saw lot of negative comments about her but I'm surprised why is she even working there after all those reviews. Hopefully next time when I go there she doesn't exist.
March 10, 2024 I recently had the displeasure of experiencing the unprofessionalism at Safeway, thanks to one of their cashier, Elizabeth. While waiting for her to scan my items, she was too busy engaging in personal conversations with her coworker, completely disregarding my presence. To make matters worse, she uttered an inappropriate comment about smoking, demonstrating a complete lack of regard for professionalism or customer service etiquette. Her attitude throughout the entire transaction was appalling, showing no respect or consideration for me as a customer. At the end of the transaction, there was not even a basic courtesy of a thank you or acknowledgment. She simply handed me the receipt and looked away, further emphasizing her blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience with this particular cashier (Elizabeth) was utterly disappointing, and it's clear that Safeway needs to invest more in training their staff on proper customer service etiquette and professionalism.
