Deliciously uncomplicated tacos, crafted by hand and created by a legend who famously said, “Tacos are the most important meal of the day.” Rusty Taco has no rules and no pretense. Rusty Taco is inspired by authentic street taco stands and is deeply rooted in the community, serving one guest at a time. An experience born at Rusty Taco’s original location where our founder’s names are still etched in the parking lot cement. Rusty Tacos aren’t made by chefs, they’re inspired by a dream. Rusty Fenton traveled near and far, from tiny gas station windows to Mexico’s freshest beach side taco stands to create a menu that was based on authentic taco stand experiences.
