Place is aptly named ( Rude ) Asked the young ladies bartending if they could change channel to an NCAA game Was told Owner put channels on tonight and they are not changing ! Another customer came up during our conversation with the same request and she said It is what it is, we are not changing channels ! When I said nicely “ You know this is kind of crazy , right ?” She went and got my check for the only drink I had ordered and slammed it down saying “ after this you are done, go find a Buffalo Wild Wing “ !!

Amazing fries. Good beer selection.

Cool spot. Went in for late lunch. Had to order at the bar and had no service. The food tasted good but wasn't hot. Maybe it wasn't their day. Would try again.

This place has really gone downhill. Bar was pretty empty at 5PM, came in with some friends for a drink and brought me a sandwich and block of cheese. Bartender immediately walked up to me and yelled at me to get out (no outside food allowed). This was understandable, so I threw the rest away and came back nibbling on a remaining piece of cheese. The bartender told me to get out again, and after coming in back in he yelled that he would refuse to serve me any drinks. After just standing and chatting with my friends (for about 10 min) he then singled me out, yelling that because he’s not going to serve me that I need to leave.

Extremely rude and condescending bartender who stated she was “the manager” when I asked to speak with one following her behavior. Our food was “thrown out” apparently because we didn’t speak up to say the order was ours as she brought it by the tables in our area. When asked if we could have our order, she initially told us we will have to pay for it again as my table was “rude” and didn’t acknowledge her when she came by. At what restaurant should the patrons be responsible for making sure their order is served correctly to their respective table? I hope the owner of Rudy’s reads this review as well as the others on Google that describe a similar experience as mine and make some changes. I’ve never left a restaurant or any other business for that matter along with my guests feeling appalled at how we were treated. It’s too bad as my own business is very near and my staff and I really like the food but this type of service is unacceptable and will certainly keep us away from giving favorable recommendations to others.
