Went here for Lunch it’s busy might have to wait get a table food was good.Service amazing

Terrible experience at this place. Confronted them after they overcooked the fish, an employee yield at us to make a point that their cook could never make such a mistake. Sadly, he did made that mistake. And their way to treat their customer shall not be tolerated. Very rude and disrespectful. This place should be shut down.

Just moved into the area after 7 years in Portland, and 25 in the bay area before that. This is hands down one of the best dim sums I've ever had. There were items that don't normally show up elsewhere like the pork stomach and every dish that we ordered was delicious. Once the order was placed, dishes started arriving within 3-4 mins and they were all hot (you'd be surprised how many other places have lukewarm food that's been sitting around). Customer service was always expedient and thoughtful. Overally family and I would come back whenever we want dim sum.

We Hadn’t come here for a while because the previous front desk lady was so rude and quality declined. We are so glad the owner has changed, we can come back for dimsum and have lunch and dinner regularly . The services, quality are much better. We always ordered the GUIFEI ranch chicken to go during the Chinese holidays, they were so authentic.

We’ve waited a long while to get a table, which I understand you’re busy. But after we got a table, nobody even brought water and people came after us even got their food on their table already. Excuse me???? That’s not how you serve people. After we waited 25 mins- Nobody even come to ask me if I’m ready to order. I had to write down what I want to order myself and nobody even picked up my order. I’m talking about dinner not dim sum! But the people come after us even got their food!! You have time to take a picture for our neighbor table but don’t have time to ask if we’re ready to order. That sucks man. I’m not coming anymore.

Saturday dinner time. They were hopping. Told 10-20 minutes for a table. Ended up being 40 minutes. Got seated and tea and plates were set; then we’re abandoned. Staff was busy, but no one ever came to take our order. Staff took group photos for the table next to us. We tried to get wait staff to take our order, but they weren’t interested. Other tables that got seated after us got their food before anyone visited our table. Ended up walking out after 25 minutes of being seated with no service. Lame way to spend an hour of my life. But at least we were spared giving money to this place.
