We have visited many breweries in south central PA and this is our favorite! We tell all our friends to try this place. They have the BEST sours and the food is always spot on!
The food used to be very good now its just okay. 1st time we've been back in a while
Great atmosphere, chicken fingers were juicy, crunchy and huge! They have a good menu, something for everyone. Beer is a must try...even if your not really "a beer person" like me. They have some sweeter beers with candy names such as Nerds, sugar plum, gummy...something and more. Our server was phenomenal! Will definitely be back!
Total package! Very cool space with great food, beer, and cocktails! Not your typical pub food. Great service too! Dietary restrictions: Servers and chef and knowledgeable and happy to accommodate restrictions
Loved everything about this place, from the beers to the food to the ambiance tothe service. Too many sours for my taste among the homebrewed offerings bit great for those who prefer them. The two red ales I consumed were delicious and went well with a burger and fries. Our bartender, Laura, was fantastic, making recommendations and putting up with our sophomoric attempts at humor. If she is working when you are there, ask her to play music roulette. You don't be sorry!! Definitely will be back to try other beers and food items!!
This is the first time I left a restaurant without eating and asked for a refund. The 6 of us arrived sometime after 6, I believe we ordered around 630. We didn’t get our food until after 8. About 40-45 minutes after we ordered, I was told there was no salmon left for the BLT so I ordered a different meal. It’s so weird, the food seemed at once rushed and yet completely forgotten? It had been sitting out for an unknown period of time: hamburgers were way over cooked (well done instead of medium rare), the cheese on the Mac and cheese had begun to cool and coagulate, chicken was dry, charred and tasteless, they didn’t give me my side of fries, my salad had little to no dressing and my fiancé’s fries were soggy and limp and everything was lukewarm. All the food was wonderfully described on the menu, but seeing (and tasting) them left a lot to be desired. The waitress was apologetic and offered a free round of beers. Sometime after that, she said she could see our food in the serving window, however we didn’t receive it until almost a half hour later. One of my friends pointed out that she saw someone in the kitchen taking a big swig of beer and judging by the state of the food… yikes. After we asked for a refund, the waitress added that she refunded more than the free round of beer, but upon inspection of the receipts, that’s not the case. One positive note: the beer IS good …so maybe they should stick with brewing. Go to Troeg’s instead.
I had the privilege to dine here last night. I say “privilege” because the experience was incredible. Their Valentine’s specials were so tasty (I had crab cakes. 10/10). Their menu was full of options including gluten free selections and seasonal fare. Their cocktail and bar selection is great as well. They had a curated bourbon/whiskey selection with a Four Roses promotion event along with live music. Ang was an incredible bartender and she set the overall vibe of the bar. It was fun, but relaxed and it was so comforting to be around. I will definitely be returning here. If you’re in the Hershey area, be sure to stop by!
