Rosa's | Italian Restaurant, April 4, 2024 We had came here for an early dinner 9 family members & so we all decided to get 3 large 16" pizza's (they are plenty) & plus their delicious bread & butter served before the food comes. We tried the fried Calamari with their marinara sauce (one of the best) that I've ever had & the Tortellini with the pesto sauce on half & marinara sauce on the other half & everything was so fresh & delicious! Read all the reviews and wondered did they even go here? First professionally dressed staff with black slacks and black shirts with logo. We were thrilled they were open on Sunday evening. Many restaurants are not in Visalia. We arrived at 6:30pm and was seated immediately. The server brought fresh hot bread. Delicious. Food was served very hot in less than 30 mins. The house salad is very large with fresh greens and veggies. I ordered the Fettuccine Primavera with veggies. The veggies were prepared perfectly with a slight crunch. The sauce was thick (not runny). Very generous portion! Very warm ambiance with low lighting and quiet. I highly recommend Rosa's.

I love going here ! Service is good , food is delicious , and it’s a great atmosphere! They have many sauces to chose from and they are great at making at checking up on you during your meal to make sure your cups filled and your table has what it needs .

Delicious food, especially the shrimp capellini but server seemed fairly new and had trouble keeping up.

Great food and prompt service. We highly recommend the egg plant parm you will not be disappointed.

The lasagna is bussin bussin!!! went in for date night and had a wonderful time!! Was welcomed with a big smile by the hostess Ava and Louie made sure to check on us throughout our visit! Thank you Rosas!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went in for dinner last night with my family after hearing so many great things about this restaurant. Louie was absolutely AMAZING!!! He recommended a fantastic dish, this was soooooooooo much better than any other Italian restaurants in town. Will definitely be back!
