Rok N Fondue

I ordered an off menu blueberry and Jacob made me the BEST beer ever!!!! I have no idea how because it wasn’t on tap. But I will come back for that beer (when I see he’s behind the bar) and when AVI is here. She shares his attention to detail and customer service. I enjoy the conversation and their attention to customer service.

It was a sad experience!! We were looking forward to trying it out, but it took a couple minutes for someone to acknowledge us. The server turned around while he was hanging out at the bar. Comes up to us, greets us and hands us a menu and says “Il come back if you have any questions”. Imagine walking into a restaurant getting handed a menu and not offered a table and told to look over the menu. Not explained why, just handed a menu. What are you trying to insinuate? We can’t afford it. Are we wasting your time? That’s how it felt. We did talk to a manager over the phone about our experience. She was nice, but the whole experience ruined our night. We ended up going to another restaurant to enjoy a meal.

I took my wife here for a fun and different date night. It was a really unique and wonderful experience. A great way to experience something new. The food was great but don't expect it to be too much like other restaurants where everyone gets their own meal. With fondue, it's best to share so make sure you're comfortable with whoever you go with haha.

Second time visiting.. the first time we had three course fondue and this time we changed for the "rok" steak as entry which was amazing. I also had the bottomless mimosas which I tend to take as some kind of challenge. Whoever puts the music playlist together at this place is great as well.

Pay a little more and get the pretzel with the cheese fondue. Worth it.

I have loved going to Rok N Fondue for years. Since they have been under new management, I have been less impressed. They no longer provide a variety of meat when you get the fondue entree. Instead, you get a plate of one choice of raw meat. Otherwise, the quality of the food has stayed the same. Drinks are amazing.

Service is trash. Food is a joke. The servers are nice but need a retrain. The woman who bartend are terrible and should be replaced
