Red Lion British Pub on Tannery Row

Good place, friendly and fast staff. The drink was cold, the food was hot and tasty. No problems with the Red Lion Pub.

Cool atmosphere

This is one helluva restaurant! It is soooo calm, cool, collected and chill. The VIBE is absolutely amazing. My friend invited me to join him on a Friday evening, and I’m so glad he did. The greeter was welcoming, and our waitress, SWEET STELLA, was awesome! She made the evening outstanding. We had the best cocktails, old fashion and an Irish whiskey. The food was delicious. We had the fish n’ chip, cheese curds, jalapeño poppers and turtle cheesecake. This is one of best restaurants on the east side. I will be back . . .

Great spot for watching rugby

Just tried this spot for the first time. The fish fry was fantastic. The server and bartender were also great. We will be back.

We had some menu troubles when we first arrived, their online menu and the menu they had in person were difficult to understand. Their brunch menu is only available until 2pm, where they then switch to their lunch/dinner menu which is different from most restaurants. They do not serve the second menu until after 2pm, something their website doesn't mention, but their service was able to accommodate the switch for us. The food was good overall and I didn't have any complaints , other than their menu size which consists mostly of appetizers, with few small entrees.

It was nice pub. We just went in for drinks. I had a cocoa with Jameson. It was delicious. It has whipped cream. It was so good. My niece had a beer. We looked at the menu, it looked good. Next time, we are in Milwaukee, we will have lunch there. Prices and service was great.
