I booked a table for three. We arrived on time. There was nobody else there. The reason - the place smells awful, the carpet may be original and is disgusting. We left immediately. I never give bad reviews but this.......
ew - walked in and all the table were filthy!
Chicken=Burned
Service=bad
Rajaji is fantastic. Hands down, the best Indian food in D.C. The staff are really welcoming and there is great and comfortable outdoor seating.
Ordered a takeout for tandoori chicken, dum biryani and mango lassi. Biryani was ok but the lamb in it was not tender. It was like chicken gravy in rice but ok to eat. So , a star worthy. Tandoori chicken was a disaster. They on purpose gave a stale reheated chicken. Never they will serve this chicken tandoori for a dine in. It was instant trash. Be careful if you are taking out. Make sure to check your food before leaving the hotel. They just deserve one star.
Instant food poisoning if I had that chicken tandoori. Waiting for the reply from the owner.
Great food and service! Will be back.
Extremely bad food and Owner is very rude! Would not recommend this restaurant at all!!
