Queen's Soul Food.

Great soul food. I had BBQ ribs and turkey wings. My sides were green beans, cabbage, corn, and mac-n-cheese. Wings could've been a little more seasoned, and greens had no seasoning at all. But everything else was on point! No complaints. Because I didn't like the wings they substituted for more ribs. I will definitely be going back

The Oxtail and Pinto Beans were not cooked enough. Terrible, will never spend my hard earned money with them again.

The worst!! The first time the catfish was good. The fries were hard and cold. The second time, oxtail. They mixed good with old, hard and rubbery. The third and last time. They said 10 minutes on the catfish. He was back in 5. Then she double knotted my bag. I got home and the fish had been re-cooked. Hard and dark brown on the outside mushy on the inside. Check your food there folks. And everytime I went the fountain drinks are out or mostly out. Just serve cans! P.S. I wasted over $20 because I ended up just tossing it into the garbage.

I went to CLT looking for some delicious FISH and soul food. I took a risk and trusted Google's recommendation after being let down by the locations the hotel staff had suggested. The cuisine was flawless! I would take my own car to CLT just to get the collard greens. For $18, I had two meats, three sides, bread, and a drink! I had mac & cheese, fried whiting, collards, yams, and jerk chicken. The seafood was excellent and prepared to order! and since I don't eat beef or pig, I always have to ask if the vegetables and sides are vegetarian-friendly.

Ya’ll, I don’t know who’s grandma back there whipping it up……. But good Lawd this food was so good and inexpensive

This is a cafeteria style restaurant. Two meats and three sides is the special. They have chicken, meat loaf, fish, ox tail, pork, etc. So you can pick your meat and sides. The food is always good. I can't say, I have tried the entire menu, but I've given it a good try. They a have a wide selection of meats and sides. Meat loaf, oxtail, fried fish, curry chicken, bbq chicken, fried chicken, baked chicken. You get the picture. Anyway, the food is always good and the staff is friendly. I strongly recommend Queens!
