Attracting huge crowds is not winning or a sign of successful business. You need to understand your customers. Your hot beverages are so hot I wonder do you even serve the beverages at the temperature they need to be served. I literally had to wait for the beverage to cool down a bit to drink it. It is so hot that I literally burn my mouth at the first sip. Secondly after placing an order for tea with sugar you gave me it without sugar I came in again and asked for tea with sugar and again you gave me tea without sugar. I don’t understand when you have such huge crowds and people in queue you guys mess the orders really bad. My suggestion to you guys would be see the orders twice and make sure your giving right orders as the customers want and please maintain the temperature for your hot beverages it doesn’t mean that hot beverages have to be very very hot that we have to wait for it to cool down to drink it. Assume god forbid if the hot beverage spills on someone or a kid or small baby, so please make sure your hot beverages are served at the temperature they are supposed to be!

Qawah house is a nice option if you’re looking for something other than Starbucks. However keep in mind that some of the ice drinks like the Carmel macchiato is very very sugary. It’s too sweet to the point where you sometimes can’t finish the drink. They do have a variety of options, my husband really enjoyed the mocha frappe. The place does get busy at night and Ramadan. Keep in mind they are trying their best to control the crowd during that time. You may or may not get a seat sometimes.
