Prime, A Shula's Steak House

I love this place. The ambiance is everything… the food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. The manager Harvey is the best. He introduced himself, he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to make our experience the best. We sat outside by the fireplace and enjoyed the night time experience. Thank you Harvey for your hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be back again.

went here and they refused me service for wearing leggings. i had to go all the way back home and change, which was understandable, until i saw a a girl walk in with leggings and get sat immediately. an hour later, we see a bunch of girls walk in wearing everything against the dress code. they were in extremely revealing, cut out dresses, almost seemed like they didn’t have anything on food was overpriced and not good.

Great spot to stop for solo dining when you are stuck in traffic or at the casino! Highly recommend!

Extremely slow service. My husband and I went on Sunday Night and the food took so long that we cancelled our order. Our waiter disappeared for 40 mins and we didn’t receive our entrée until a hour later. The Manager came to our table and had no explanation, no big apology. The restaurant wasn’t at full capacity but the inexperience was evident. The staff needs more training. If you’re looking for a great date night this isn’t the place.

Great food but very loud

Steak was good but minimal seasoning. Server was very nice but sloooow. Very nice patio seating.

I went with a few friends and it was not up to par for the price. The complimentary champagne upon entering was nice. We had to wait a few minutes for the manager to even find the hostess to seat us. I literally watched my meal sit under a heat lamp for 20 minutes. They got the level of doneness wrong in my food. Another steak at the table was also artificially warmed and cooked wrong. The steak had dried out from sitting under a heat lamp as well. It’s really sad that such expensive food was so terrible. I truly expected more. I’ll visit a regular Shula’s next time. It seems Prime is more focused on ambiance than serving good food.

I really use to love this restaurant, but not anymore! The atmosphere and the quality of the food has completely changed since they moved to the new location. It's vert noisy in the new restaurant, especially near the kitchen area. I would not recommend Shula's Stake House to anyone. The atmosphere was much nicer, quieter and more intimate in the original restaurant.
