They ban me for no reason

For the first time I had the spicy chicken sandwich. Delicious!

I ordered a jumbo hot dog no peppers and a jumbo chili dog. The jumbo hot dog bun was filled with sport peppers and the chili dog only had chili sauce, no meat beans or onions, only cheese. What a rip off Supposedly I am getting a refund after my phone complaint but our dinner was ruined!!!!!

I would have gave them a 0, but I unfortunately cant. I even called in advance and spoke with one of your employ, the lady was super sweet and understand, and clearly communicated to me that I had to walk up to the counter and tell them my name and my order was supposed to be pretty much ready once I get there. Walked up and spoke with slightly older dude, told him clearly that I called 5-10mins ago for a remake and that he will have the order ready. Nearly 20 mins go by and I still don’t have my order and I’m just standing there with just my old receipt. I ended up walking out and grabbing my wallet and paying for another order. Just observing for the time I was standing there, looked like a bunch of headless chicken running around at times.

Tired of ordering Grubhub only to find my order is not correct when placed or it’s the people not making the orders correct.
