On duty staff was amazing. manager is kind and considerate. my food was hot and fresh.

I payed 4$ for 4 blackened ranches. I got a meal for two but only the hot sauce and ketchup was free with the meal?? That extra charge will most likely deter me away as a customer in the future.

They had an hour until close and refused to make anything.

Ordered the 16 piece family meal with three sides. One of the sides I Ordered Red beans and rice. It had no rice. It was bean soup.

The stingy worker refused to give us a couple ranches when our order came with none.

I like the taste of their food but the service is bad. I ordered a butterfly shrimp combo. They gave me only one or two pieces and the rest are tails only. Not worth coming into this store. Maybe other branch is better.

The Chicken and service is actually really good here. I would like to thank the crew at this restaurant for all their hard work and patience. I really just want to say some of the customers that come into this place are rude and unruly. I don't know if it's the area of Fremont or just the type of people that like fried chicken? I feel sorry for anyone that works their. I would also like to let the manager know, you have customers getting water cups and filling them with soda and I also noticed 2 large Hispanic women filling their large water tumblers full of soda. they first act like they are getting water then they switch the machine to soda! Just thought you should know because, I pay for my stuff and I don't like seeing prices go up because people are not paying their fair share. anyways keep making good chicken and I will be back..

-100 % I came in today to this Popeyes location, I waited 20 mins for a chicken sandwich and 6 wings folks 🤔 I finally get my order and I asked for ranch and hot sauce I purchased two order which is NOT CHEAP, they ONLY give 1 ranch and try to charge me for a 2nd one which I was just asking for one more but anyways another customer complains about food being COLD 🥶 so I decided to check mine. My order is also cold, and it's not what I order the customer service HERE IS TRASH !!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT EVER COME TO THIS LOCATION YOU WILL GET COLD FOOD PLUS RUDE SERVICE🤬!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used mobile ordering and thought the order could be picked up pretty soon. But I had to wait another 20 minutes before they started working on my order because they prioritized walk-ins first.
