The shrimp was dry & hard. The macaroni was dry. In fact, I haven't had a good meal the last few times I've been there. I'm not a person to leave bad reviews, but I thought maybe I should. I'm sure it's just the management. It takes someone who really cares about the company & how the people should be cared for.
Arrived at 11:30 pm, no one answered the intercom. Pulled through to the window, they saw me and ignored me. Might as well close earlier instead of paying workers to chat for the last thirty minutes of their shift.
Saturday, tried to eat at this Popeyes, but the line was moving slow. Half the kitchen staff wasn't wearing gloves touching the food, all empty tables were not cleaned off, front glass door was dirty. I was there at 1:30, and the line was busy. Looked like one guy wasn't trained and was confused getting orders together. Looked like front desk was not flowing. I think lady was training and trying to do the counter doing 2 jobs. We finally decided to go next door to eat at Big Chicken with the bad service and unclean vibe. We like Popeyes, but not this visit. Hopefully, next visit this place will get their act together for good customer service again Avis Ruge Fayetteville AR

We ordered at the drive thru and I forgot to say no thighs. So when we got to the window I requested no thighs and the guy said, I'm sorry, we already have it boxed up. I asked if they could take out the thighs then the mgr came to the window and said it would be a 20 minute wait. We will go to KFC from now on, as they strive to make the customers happy.
I arrived at 11:44pm only for them to take five minutes to acknowledge me in the drive thru. A man proceeded to tell me he couldn’t take my order due to them closing in 10 minutes. I asked why I couldn’t order mashed potatoes… that’s all I wanted was MASHED POTATOES and he said all he had was “chicken nuggets and a few fries”. He made me wait a few more minutes only for him to come back on the intercom and say his manager said he couldn’t drop anymore food for the night. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, I’ve worked fast food for five years we never turn down customers due to it being 10 minutes till closing!!!!
I ordered online and asked for all dark meat. I called the store and the manager was awful. She had horrible customer service and said that I couldn’t change my order. I said I was not changing anything, and I just wanted dark meat. She was very rude to me and my coworker who also ordered. I do not recommend this location and will be driving to Springdale. I am beyond angry at the way I was treated today.
