Had a meeting there. Grabbed a coffee while I was waiting. Other meetings going on there as well. Good place to chill and drink coffee.

I was really surprised and disappointed when I tasted my drink this morning, but I think that was the desired effect? I’ve been coming here almost every morning for about a year. It had gotten to the point where the baristas knew my order by heart and were always so kind!!! My boyfriend and I always order the same thing and get our big yellow lab a pup cup! Recently my boyfriend’s drink has been made wrong more than a few times, so I’ve been going to a different Starbucks now. I decided to give them another try this morning. I didn’t realize that my boyfriend had left a review recently essentially saying, if you can’t make an iced coffee, don’t be a barista. So I kindly and specifically asked for his drink to be made a certain way. They were still sort of polite to my face, but purposely made my drink wrong instead. I’m sorry that someone else’s review hurt y’all’s feelings, but it seems counterproductive to be actively trying to displease customers. I’ve got the message, we will go to a different Starbucks now, I am just surprised at the level of immaturity/lack of professionalism. I actually used to work at Starbucks myself, so I know people can be rude sometimes, but maybe look into something that involves less customer service if you can’t help but be malicious when things don’t go your way… I hope you find what you are looking for!

Prices are high for me....but I treat myself once n awhile..

Horrible atmosphere with horrible employees. They never make my drink correctly. The owner along with management does not care. Corporate will be contacted shortly this place is a circus. Instead of replying to this comment fix this ongoing issue I’m tired of it.

Everything was great about my experience except one of the managers was extremely condescending. Not only does said manager make everyone out to be an idiot, but the manager would not allow me to use my own mug. Sustainability should be a priority for all businesses in this climate.
