Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I will not visit this Popeyes ever again. The chicken was cold and old. There was no flavor. It was the absolute worst Popeyes I ever had. I hate I wasted my money on food for my family from this location.

Very nice lady at the drive thru. Food is typical Popeyes fare. Always enjoy the red beans and rice. No problems with my online order.

I really love Popeyes however they're too expensive nowadays to dine there often like I used to. I also stopped going even with Coupons because the Chicken piece became so tiny but the Prices increased. This Location Customer Service was good on this Day. The outside of the Restaurant was clean and lawn nicely manicured. I was actually satisfied with the Temperature of my Food and taste. I do miss having the option to order dirty Rice. My wait Time for my Food was under 3 Minutes. The Portion size of Sides have really decreased but the Prices have increased which is not cool. Kid-friendliness: Yes

People are super rude , makes you wait for a long time without even looking at you.

So I had an Uber eats gift card and live close to this location. I put my order in the Uber eats app, toggle in the app to “pickup” instead of delivery, and drive to the store. I get there and some ‘manager’ I can barely understand tells me “we don’t do Uber takeout. Only if you’re driver” (again, barely understanding her). I then tell them I already paid for it, and show them the order has been placed and says they’re actively preparing it… she then just said “that’s too bad take it up with Uber” as she’s walking away. I’ve always been respectful and friendly to fast food employees because it’s a hard job, but wow, 0 respect back and no compassion or problem solving. Needless to say there’s 0 chance I’ll ever visit this location again.

After paying and waiting 10 minutes at the drive thru they come out to tell me they don't have nuggets so he offers to give me tenders. No problem. Waited another 10 minutes. Frustrated my husband walks in waits 5 minutes to get anyone's attention at the register and was told they didn't even start his order yet AND they don't have macaroni! By this time there's cars just coming and going at the drive thru. Makes no sense. After another 5 minutes they hand us the food. We get home and there's MACARONI IN THE BAGGGG. Whattt!!?? They have no idea what they're doing. Never coming here again!!

We went the this restaurant today and ordered our food with Karla. We expressed our concerns on how under cook the food was. Nancy (the manager) had an attitude that we didn’t except the uncooked food. Please check your food before leaving.

Went through the drive through. Got "Chicken Strips" and instead go Chicken Paper. Thin, tough, cold, old, stale, ETC. It was at 8:45PM but that is no excuse. I got more breading than chicken on each and very piece. I love Chicken Stirps and eat at as many places as I can for the difference in prep, breading, ETC. I won't be going back to Popeyes ever again.
