IHOP

Worst IHOP ever! Poor management, poor customer service, food quality also POOR. Sadly it's getting worse n worse and management does nothing about it when you have unsatisfactory service or food

Pareciera que no les agradan los hispanos nos dejaron en la puerta esperando en la puerta sin darnos una mesa ni atención es humillante la comida es buena . Pero la atención pésima solo 2 meseras son amables y atentas y ya ni las e visto en ese lugar

Update. The customer service is worse than ever. With a curbside order it's a gamble if your order is going be correct. I was also told that curbside orders aren't brought outside when it's dark.even at 7:30 am.

No one was friendly there except the homeless man sitting across the aisle. We had a nice conversation with him while we waited a REALLY long time for our food even though the place was not very busy. The menu has changed for the worse with everything over complicated and over-caloric. We will not be back.

I work 60 hours a week and i only get to see my kids on Fridays. It was my oldest sons birthday and all he wanted for his birthday was a Willy Wonka meal. We went to Ihop and to my unpleasant surprise, there was only 1 server and 1 cook (in training) . There were other families there but according to the lady at the front desk "no one has got their food yet". We sat and waited to be seated at a table for so long that eventually my kids started crying from the hunger. They ruined my sons birthday and our night.

Went there with my family Friday. My kids were very excited to eat here. We was VERY disappointed ! There was 1 server and 1 cook in the whole building!! Who only has one waitress on a friday ! The cook was training someone also and no one was sat down for over an hour. Also no one got there food for almost an hour and a half because the cook was training on a Friday!! Who does that on a busy friday. So many people came and left disappointed! All the tables were dirty and no one was there to clean them. We waited for an hour to be seated with only 2 other people waiting and still nothing so we left. My kids were very upset!
