The last two times I've been there they never have anything ready and the employees are unprofessional.
The customer service at not only this location, but at multiple locations is the absolute worst. I do Uber eats and y’all make me go inside to pick up the order; I go inside and I’m standing at the counter for 10 minutes with multiple employees walking past me, ignoring me. And it wasn’t even me waiting, A WHOLE LINE FORMED behind me. I left since no one was going to help me. Y’all hired a bunch of employees that absolutely do not care. At this point, I fully support complete automation at fast food companies just like McDonalds. I notice just a complete lack of urgency at every fast food restaurant I go. And this place is extremely dirty, don’t believe me? Go there yourself and look at their kitchen. Ceiling tiles about to fall, mildew everywhere, wires all over the place, employees the same gloves they use to cook the food with when they’re touching the garbage cans, even noticed something dark growing under the soap dispenser at their cleaning station. This place is EXTREMELY nasty. I’m tempted to report them to the Louisiana health department, im serious I might do it, because maybe it’ll finally bring some change at that restaurant.
This was my last time (1/25) visiting this location. When you have client facing roles, people should strive to provide high quality customer service in which this location lack. I've been to this location quite a few times and it can be hit or miss with the food and they can be super slow. In the past, I have encountered a friendly staff. However, my recent experience, was very unpleasant. When I pulled up, there was no one in line at the drive thru. It appeared to be a slow night. I was told it would be about 20 min which was fine and the young man at the window was courteous. After I had waited about 25 min, another gentleman, who was one of the managers on the night duty, came out with bags but it didn't belong to me. It was for a vehicle that came some minutes after me. His demeanor and attitude was very rude when he approached the vehicle. He asked what I had and then went inside and came bk out with half the order. I got out the vehicle and walked in to say the order was not correct. His attitude was still nasty and he showed no form of courtesy as to say sorry for the inconvenience or anything. When you're in a leadership role, that person is supposed to set the tone for the other staff and be a good representation of the company. In this instance, this manager totally failed at that.The whole experience was just enough to leave a sour taste.
They take an order at drive thru every 10 minutes just have you sitting wasting gas 10/5/23 poor management. STILL THE SAME 1/2/24 TAKE AN ORDER AT DRIVE THRU EVERY 5-10 MINUTES JUST HAVE YOU SITTING WASTING GAS
Very clean and the chicken is great
