Poinciana Pizza Hut always has issues. Missing a topping (jalapeño) and asked for extra sauce, little to none was put on. Pizza was thin crust and overcooked.

Ordered pizza at 7:30 pm its now 11:30 pm,Still no pizza.

Every time I order delivery they take 1 and a hour to 2 plus hours by the time I get the pizza it’s basically cold. Please hire more drivers this is disappointing. We never get any apologies or anything

The pizza is very delicious. It is ready right almost at the moment it tells you how long in the website/app. It's always hot and has all the items of food that I have ordered. It's deserving of its 4 stars. Wheelchair accessibility: A few wheelchair parking in front of the store, very good.
