Very disrespectful Manager . No one wants to work. Everyone has an attitude. and they close the doors 10 minutes prior of closing time. and a manager with red hair she’s always on her phone.
Had one girl working and a long line of customers, she could barely keep up and was obviously struggling. Overworking her was sick, we had gotten skipped in the drive through by a person with no vehicle, weird experience already it was funny.
very bad customer service I placed an order online and they said it didn't appear that I have to come in and I told them I can't, I'm working, look at the order here on my phone and she told me you have to move or the police will call you, it was the manager herself who She threatens me. She never gave me my order. They stole my money. I already filed a complaint with corporate. Tuesday March 21 at 2:20 pm. Very disrespectful, bad actitud, people like her don’t deserve that job. I was a frecuente costumer Another costumer told me she did the same with her.
They did not honor the price on the drive through menu and then gave me the wrong food!
I guess like a lot of people here at this location. You order on the app. Which it doesn’t say after 10 you have to go to a special window in the side. Then they leave you for over 30 minutes waiting on something you already paid for. When the drive thru is dead. They literally have an attitude when you just trying to buy food. This is literally there job.
Every time I come here I’m told for online orders I have to e to go inside when. The app gives me the option to pick up through the drive through and then when you in do order through the drive thru your told to pull up and wait what seems to be an additional 15 mins for your order
Place was super packed... = slow, slow, slow.....
