The manager is ALWAYS RUDE to everyone even his employees. He was yelling at one of the workers when I was there. A customer came in and saw he was working and left.

I asked for extra sauce it taste regular, over cooked my pizza I usually go to the legends location but the weather isn’t good today.

John, the manager light skinned brother put his finger in my mozzarella sticks because he thought I was mad about the new hire Mexican lady not seeing my order came with mozzarella sticks. So she ask the manager who is John , to see if my order came with sticks and they do she already give me my pizzas but didn’t open the box’s But john opened mozzarella stick box as he was closing it back he stuck one of his fingers it while I was still in the warm rack trying to do it all sneaky like but I had already seen you bro…. Don’t lie on people

Workers are too slow and most of them have a horrid attitude along with it they make most DD drivers wait for like an Hour or more

My fiance really likes their bbq chicken pizza so we'll get one every now and again. Last night, we ordered online at 6 for a 7pm pickup and ordered 2 pizzas. The chiefs game started at 7 so I figured they'd be busy and we better order early and expect some wait. We got there at 7:10 and both the drive thru and lobby were nuts. My fiance waited inside for 30 minutes and never got to even ask about our order. The employees in back kept yelling at each other and the store was the worst disaster I've ever seen in fast food. The delivery driver kept coming into the lobby from outside and yelling at customers in line and telling everyone to sit down. After waiting 45 minutes past our pickup time, we abandoned our order and got burgers at burger king next door. They really should just close this store down.
