Pizza Hut

3 stars, 1 for the wings, 1 for the brownies, and 1 for the middle of the artisan pizzas lol. I got the pepperoni one and the Margherita tavern pizzas. Flavors were really good, especially on the Margherita pizza, I think the garlic, pesto, and grape tomatoes helped the squares not be too hard...in the middle of the pizza. Pepperoni one also had great flavor, just the pepperoni. We could only eat the middle of the pizzas. The crust was crunchy, not crispy. Some of the bottom of the crusthad hard peices that fell off or tasted burnt. Absolutely none of the so called sweet marinara. Barley any cheese at all. Brownies were great, wings were good, but out of a $52 order, that's unacceptable.

ORDER NUMBER 3240423171755001432026994 Terrance the manager promised me a credit for the extremely long delivery time and my order missing items. He assured the credit was on my account and that this should suffice my terrible service. Go into the store and no credit for my account. I made the order through my pizzahut account so it should have been an easy fix. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. Also will be writing cooperate as the calls should be recorded and there should be evidence of his disception.

I called here cuz they originally messed up on my order, and they said they would owe us a credit. I called a couple months later (now) and Terrence "the gm" says there was absolutely no way to look up the credit without the previous phone number. SOME PEOPLE DONT HAVE THE SAME PHONE NUMBER AND ARE DISABLED. He hassled me and when I asked for his managers number he said no and hung up on me. I've tried to call back and now they're not answering.... Hmmmm .... That's pretty foul.

They never answer they phone so if food in a shape you didn't order it in good luck with trying to get in touch with them. My pizza was burnt and wrong sauce and hard bread
