They got it wrong....and then promptly made it right! Shout out to the female manager who answered when I called to tell them they transposed my wing flavors. She was kind and apologetic, and I believe she also went out of her way to re-deliver the correct food. I hate that I didn't get her name, but she displayed exemplary customer service. The food is always still hot when delivered from this location, and since I haven't had Pizza Hut in years prior to my last two experiences--it's a welcome change. Thin crust from here is the only way I can go, though. Try it, ya might like it!

Ordered a large pork, mushroom and Roma tomato pizza for carry out - received a mushroom and tomato pizza. Called to report the missing pork and the “customer service” rep offered to do nothing to resolve the issue. East Locust location

Delivery was right at the last minute so it was cold my baby preferred dominoes but I love pizza huts crust
