Pivo Riverplace

Inside was a little mosh mash of decor, but the service was terrible. From the phone call to make a reservation through the end of the meal. My boyfriend and I kept looking at each other in disbelief. Food was average but the service made it all unpleasant. We heard the restaurant is closing and I’m not surprised..we wouldn’t have been back anyway.

We visited this place on a Friday evening. We sat outside and really enjoyed the atmosphere. There was an accordion player there playing modern music and doing a great job. We were all very happy with the food. I would highly recommend going.

Great bloody mary

This place doesn’t get enough attention, in my opinion. Stopped by on a bike ride for some beers & apps and was impressed by the service, atmosphere, and prices, honestly! The service is some of the best I’ve had in the cities recently. We were greeted cheerfully and sat outside. We ordered pilsners, chips and dip, and the sausage tray. The staff was so friendly & attentive but then left us to just enjoy the evening & sip on our beers. I’ll be back!

Amazing staff, amazing atmosphere, but the kitchen times are absolutely unacceptable. The restaurant was not busy at all, 40+ min wait (no exaggeration) for a medium temp burger was definitely a first time experience. I do recommend eating here but coming on an empty stomach is a risk.

Fun vibe in historic Mississippi Riverfront neighborhood. Great selection of Czech and German beers.

Lovely area to sit and eat. Although the meal I ordered featured a stale bun, dry vegetable wafer that was passed off as a veggie burger, over seasoned tots and an inattentive server. Not sure I would ever come back. Shame too, I have such fond memories of the Wilde Roast that once occupied this space.

Waited for 20 minutes on a patio on a Sunday morning, 3 different servers walked past and nobody stopped to take the order. Got tired of waiting and left.

Food was fairly bland, and many items on the menu they were out of, the service was awful which I almost never say but they forgot many of our parties food and took about 1.5 hours to get food. The location is nice but they need to improve service and foods for brunch.
