Nice place, moderately inexpensive, large servings, so many food carts here. Remember there is free water and cups inside, don't buy any water from any cart.

Spot on flavors. Very authentic food. Liked their butter garlic naan and kadai paneer. Dont go with cheese naan, it was a let down.

I have had more food from Pinch of Spice than any other food cart at Hillsboro Downtown Station - and there are some good ones! But, man... these guys are rocking it. Last night's Bhuna Lamb and Muttar Paneer with Butter Naan was ridiculously delicious. Super recommend!

Their Paneer Masala is what dreams are made of. The flavor is so addictingly delicious. I went back the next weekend to get it again and think it's the best I've had in Portland. Additionally, the paneer tastes grilled which is a bonus. I liked their channa masala as well. Their palak paneer is ok, but nothing like the paneer masala which is the best. SO good!

Keep in mind, this place is a food truck. The food was between 3 and 4 in terms of quality, however, it is going to be one of the better picks of trucks that serve this area. If this were a sit down establishment, I would maybe be a tiny bit disappointed, but since it is a food truck, they get props for all of it being edible. This place saved the day from a previous bad decision I made with a different food vendor.

INCREDIBLE! The tastiest most flavorful Indian food I have had in my life, the mango lassi was intensely flavorful and the butter chicken was delicious, even my insanely picky kids couldn’t stop eating it Kid-friendliness: Food was so delicious even for kids

Fantastic!! Hands down the best!! we drive all the way from vancouver just to eat here. And we order bulk to take home. He is the best cook have mercy. . We even go to LA to bring food home if someone is good. He's one of them. Real food with full flavor so beyond delicious. Come here you will crave it after you run out...this guy is the best!!.. our favorites is chicken karahi, lamb rojan gosh was similar to pakistan Nihari in a sense but ssooo amazing. Omg you gotta try it. Seek kabobs unbelievable, Butter chicken also delicious samosa fresh yum. Naan big fresh hot and tastey. Go for it trust me there is no one better around here..

The chicken masala was good. We'll visit again sometime.
