It was just okay. The atmosphere is upscale, so I had higher expectations for the food. There is much fresher sushi available at a lower price point in the area. I had a lunch bento that tasted pretty stale. Possibly pre-made to save time? Maybe the raw bar is better quality
The sushi is consistently good, friendly service. Not sure if they still do the happy hour anymore, but it used to be a good one. The Rock shrimp is delicious as is the fried cheesecake.
Crispy tice excellent. Lobster roll fantastic. You will not regret this. Enjoy.
Another great spot in southwest Las Vegas; Fresh food, nice atmosphere; Reasonable prices
Very delicious from their sushi to their beef and rice dish.
Each week my husband and I choose a new restaurant to try. Pier 215 was his choice, his week to choose. Outstanding is an understatement. Every bite, every sip was truly an outstanding experience in quality. With a capital Q. We started with seaweed salad and Kobe sliders (on the lunch menu for 18 bux!) Sliders were so delicious I was at a loss for words, also, the dressing on the greens surrounding the seaweed salad was yummy and fresh. Then we tried two maki rolls, one was the Golden Night... that blew me away it was so good. I can't remember the name of the other one but it melted in my mouth and was nice and light. We ordered their fish and chips. Outstanding again, especially the fries. Best fries ever!! The tarter sauce was fantastic. The cocktails are right up there with the food. Omg. Divine. Cucumber mojito, a spicy margarita, one had fresh mango puree in it, and the tropical martini...crafted, great ingredients, attention to detail, pride and love in Pier 215's food and drink. Don't get uppity with the staff when you think you've waited too long for your order. Perfection takes time. You'll understand at your first bite and sip. Cannot wait to go back!!!!
Disappointing! Ate there several times during 2023 and really enjoyed it. Last night was my first time there this year, and was truly disappointed. The sushi sampler I had did not taste fresh. The 215 roll did not have the same sauce as before. People who came in after us were being served first. We had ask for our waiter several times. With literally less than a dozen people in the restaurant, we were left, sitting and waiting. Where we would normally order two or three rounds of rolls, this time we tried three items and said we would probably not come back. To top it off had 3AM stomach cramps.
I go here at least once a month, I recommend getting the kaiseki tasting box.
