Pho Green Papaya

Been a big fan for many years and have enjoyed the menu, ambiance, and staff each and every time we visit. The new remodel plays up on the coziness and all decorations pleasing to the eyes. Like many restaurants, short staffing continues to be an issue, but the owners are doing their best with this...oftentimes working beyond overtime to maintain the customer experience. Our lunch today was not only flavorful, but the presentation was top notch. Wife had the dry soup and I had the shaking beef, which is tenderloin. Both were excellent! Parking: No issues with parking. Wheelchair accessibility: No ramps or difficult obstacles.

This place is awesome. It looks like they are closed though. Please provide an update since your hours stated mean you should be open?

If I could rate it zero I would. This place use to be so good food was always on point. Today I decided to go with my sisters for some pho. And I kid you not it tasted so different the noodles taste like rubber the beef brisket chewy and the broth taste diluted with water really tasteless. I always finish my bowel of pho but after taking a few spoons I couldn’t eat it. My bowel was full which is a first for me. My sister also got the same pho and non of us could eat it. After complaining to the manager or owner he did nothing told us all to pay for it and threatened to call the police. No refund no replacement nothing. Horrible customer service. Very greedy owner. Don’t care about his customers. I have so many of my family that always go there regularly. I will be telling them not to ever go there anymore.

I don't know what has happened to this place. It was one of my favorites. Walls need remodeling. Understaffed I understand. But even the food quality and portions are bad. Thai iced tea tasted like a powder mix and pho bowl was small.

I have never had anything I didn't like.. The Pho is amazing! The broth is soo good! This is my go to spot.. My sister and I are regulars.

I walked in for takeout and had no idea what I was doing. The person helped me at the register right away and knew I wanted something warm because it was a freezing windy day. I said yes hot soup, vegetarian please. I sat and received my vegan pho within maybe 10 minutes. It seems like a popular place, booths and tables spaced far apart, construction guys on their lunch, solo diner reading, a dating couple, a family with a toddler. There was a sandwich board pointing out wait times may be extended, but I am happy people are still coming and enjoying. I definitely enjoyed my pho! Vegetarian options: I didn’t review the menu, but my pho was specified as vegan and container had a vegan sticker on it. Those efforts are clear and appreciated.
