P.F. Chang's

I have gone to PF Chang's for years and enjoyed it very much. However, this is the first time the service was rude and very impatient. I went with my child, aunt, sister and cousin and left disappointed. The food was delivered quickly by other staff members but the lady taking our order (Angela) made us feel rushed and even spoke to my six year old son in a rude demeaner. I had even got a coupon for a free appetizer that intended to use but it wasn't until I got the check that i noticed it was never credited. But she did sure make sure she took the coupon as soon as I pulled it out. The worst part was when I had asked her about it she told me that she could not honor it because we did not order a full Entre! If She would have told us that when we ordered we would have made sure to follow that! I felt very disrespected and I even had to ask for my coupon back because she didn't even offer to return it when it wasn't even used. If you end up with the server named Angela be sure to stand your ground.

Great place for Birthday dinner

Good food as usual, nice but periodically absent server

I dine here once or twice a month when possible and each server is always nice, but today I had a server named Bracey and they were awesome!!!!! His energy was great from start to finish, I'm picky about certain food items and he went above and beyond to make sure my meal was right!!!! I was able to enjoy my lunch with ease, thank you.

We ordered Kung Pao chicken to go with extra chicken, but there definitely was not any extra chicken in fact, it looked short for just a normal entrée size. We also ordered lettuce wraps, and they left out the rice sticks and gave us four little pieces of Romain lettuce instead of the nice big pieces of iceberg lettuce cups. The food is still great, but whoever is packing the to go orders is not paying much attention. Last time when we ordered Kung pao brussel sprouts they were also great but there was only five sprouts in the order for $10. They did give me a refund on that when I showed it to them before I left the restaurant. (Richmond VA)

Love P.F. Changs! Great food. Their crispy green beans appetizer is amazing. Crispy honey chicken entree is great. Rice is always good. I like spicy food and enjoy the Kung Pao chicken. The chicken lettuce wraps is another of my favorite appetizers. Make sure you make reservations or you'll be waiting for a while.
