slow service in the drive thru. They take forever on just taking an order.

I ordered a steak and cheese begal meal with a small Coke and no ice. I received a bacon and cheese begal and a Coke with extra ice. Went back to get my correct order and was asked, “Did you actually look in the wrapper / bag to see if it was the wrong order?” I’m thinking of course I did , that’s why I’m back! 🤔. So then I receive a steak and begal with an extreme amount of sauce that is put on the sandwich, so much that I used 4 napkins to kinda wipe it off. There was no warmth coming from my bag- how could it be first thing in the morning and my food was already cold? I will NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN - NEVER

Food is great like usual. Been co.ing to this location for over 25years.

Not the first time i went there after 7:30 am and all three doors were locked. All the food was fine once i got inside.
