Pesto’s by Lance

This was the place to go for great Italian food and a wonderful soothing atmosphere. The creative wall art (LOVED the big poster of Johnny Cash).. lighting and live music. It is more of a mechanical atmosphere now. Like any other restaurant. The food is still good (smaller portions), prices are up some, and the menu is changed, obviously, with new owners/management. I'm not saying it's a bad place now, but it's not that little hole in the wall staple that was known in Fayetteville.

Food was delicious, the ranch that came with the salad was fresh and creamy. Server was attentive. Inside is cozy and music was romantic.

Service and location are good but I am sorry that was the worst Italian food I have ever eaten. Our pasta noodles tasted literally like it was cooked in dirty water. Not much flavor in the sauce either not a very good experience for us.

I love pestos so much! Lance and his staff are a wonderful and kind group who makes all their food with love and experience.

I'm going to start with something that sounds negative...but I want to get it out of the way, and then will explain why I brought it up... Pesto's by Lance is attached to a very unassuming motel. I say this for only one reason...STAY!!! We almost rolled through the parking lot and left, but decided to stay, and that was 100% the right idea. Inside is a little small, but it is well decorated and cozy. We were seated by a friendly hostess, and then I appreciated that our server brought the waters when she came, instead of coming for drinks first. We were given bruschetta, and then we were already set on wanting the garlic bread. Both were very good. I loved the house tomato sauce. We ordered chicken parm and the cheese manicotti. Entrees came with house or Cesar salad. The entrees arrived in good time, hot and fresh, and great portion sizes. Everything tasted great. We got tiramisu, but honestly I'm full and haven't tried it yet. Excellent experience across the board. Stop here for sure. You will leave full and happy.

charming little place. food was excellent. complimentary bread with capers & tomatoe drizzled over. i had cannelonni that was creamy & delicous. husband had lasagne that was wonderful. service was attentive but not annoying. was told after 6 reservations could be needed. located in a strange place in front of old motel

What an absolutely amazing experience. We had quite a large party, and the staff were able to not only accommodate us, but keep everyone’s order straight as well. The food came out with such efficiency too. But what I was most impressed with was the quality of the food. From the bruschetta appetizer that just melted in my mouth, and left me wanting more, to the delicious salmon main course, I couldn’t have been more impressed with all the flavors and the quality of the food. Not to mention how beautifully plated it all was. Our entire party had the best experience and can’t wait to return. Dietary restrictions: They offer vegetarian and gluten free options!

Fantastic ambiance Phenomenal food Wonderful service

This is one of my go to local places. The food is always so flavorful! I urge you to try it once and you will be hooked! The attention to detail in very dish is above and beyond. Last night we went out with extended family, they were extremely accommodating for how large our party numbers were. The starting off with being water around while we looked over the menu was really thoughtful. The bread drizzled with olive oil and topped with these delicious tomatoes came after that.I had a dish with scallops, shrimp, and mushrooms. The amount of noodle to meat ratio was perfect. I ended up take some with me bc the portion size was so big. There is a reason we keep coming back over and over again.
