I can’t say enough good things about this place other than why didn’t I come here 3 years ago and why it’s not more highly rated (which kept me away for so long). The service is amongst the best I’ve ever had, this is pure Indian hospitality. It appears to be run by Sikhs and with a very authentic vibe and hospitality. The food is seriously the best north Indian food I’ve had in Massachusetts and amongst the best in the country. Very fresh, authentic and homemade feel to it. The Chikoo shake was about as fresh as it gets, cut fruit and blended - not canned or pre made. The Gobi 65 was super crunchy and well spiced. Authentic and well cooked. The Samosa chaat was flavorful, well textured and crisp! The Soya chaap tandoori was nicely tandoored (roasted) with charred chunks. This is a unique and uncommon dish to north India and it’s really well done. Usually restaurants butcher it but this is done artfully with great texture and flavor. Can’t believe I missed this place all these years - this is our new goto place for Indian food. And oh yeah, the atmosphere is super welcoming and chill! Can’t really think of a downside yet. Will try the South Indian selection next time! Update: the dosa with Hakka noodles was very interesting. The soda as thick n crisp, the sambar super authentic - more North Indian than south and the Hakka noodles were great. I just wouldn’t do them together. The Wednesday special Sarson ka saag was outstanding - the best I’ve had. Definitely having that one again - probably the best dish I’ve had here so far. It’s a rare dish and hard to make. They nailed it The makki ki roti was a disappointment though - it’s wasn’t cooked completely. Vegetarian options: Authentic vegan and vegetarian Indian food
