Peking Gourmet Inn

Went there to eat dinner. The food was very bland. Nothing that stood out considering their exuberant pricing. Spent 100+ on Chefs special Kungpao chicken, fried Shrimp and an appetizer- Crab Rangoon(which were probably the worse crab rangoon I've ever had). Literally 3 dishes and they were all super bland and spent 3 times what I would have at an average Chinese sit down restaurant. Definitely won't go back and will not recommend.

My first time eating there. I've seen it many times, and I heard it's famous. But I can depend only on my own experience. In a nutshell, Waaay overpriced and the food was sub average. was looking for a place to have lunch with a friend on President's day, and I decided to try this famous place. The welcome was golden compared to authentic Chinese restaurants, as we were greeted warmly by the hostess, the bartender, the owner, the waiters, and the bus boys, it was really pleasant to see this warm welcome. The service was attentive and prompt without the pressure, they stood at a distance until we were ready to order. We selected some lunch options from the usual offerings, which by the way were very expensive for any restaurant, in the $25-35 range. The the waiter said that because it's a holiday, we can only order from the dinner menu, which is typically in the $40-45 range. I decided to bite the bullet and have a great lunch. But there was nothing so special about it, the broccoli and chicken was great, but the Shrimp in Lobster sauce was bland and had too much starch, it was Jello. For an $85 tab plus tips it was surely not worth it. I am disappointed. I find the Chinese takeaway place in my neighborhood much tastier at a fraction of the price. I wish I can give them a better review but I really can't find the justification. Parking: Plenty of parking

워낙 예전부터 유명한 집이라 하여 여행중에 들렀습니다. 소스가 매우 맛있었고 오리 고기는 보통이었습니다. 새우튀김? 맛있었고 돼지고기마늘순 볶음은 마늘순 향이 너무 쎘어요. 여러명이 가서 여러메뉴 시켜먹으면 좋을거 같아요
