Generally decent if you pick it up (versus delivery)... But it just burned down along with a few other businesses there. So they're closed. Kid-friendliness: Kids like it. It's better than Little Cesar's and about the same price, with coupons. Do the 2 or more for $6.99 each medium topping deal and it tastes much better.
Pizzas are always undercooked. They don't listen. All the time i ask them to make it well done and all the time pizza are uncooked. There is always raw dough and unmelted cheese. When i complain they say they have too many orders and this the best they can do.
I ordered a pizza here recently..they marked my order like delivered even 15 minutes before it was actually delivered to my home...And the Pizza was very cold, not baked well, too much of jalapeno, and there was not much of original sauce in it even though I asked for extra..it tasted very bad too...I would never order from here again ever...

I ordered chicken alfredo papa bowl from Uber. There wasn’t rap on the top! It’s not clean and size is very small.!!! ♀️
This place is definitely trash customer service doesn’t apply to this location they do not have customer services skills from the staff who answer the calls to drivers to damn near management. They are 8 min away from my & I had to wait a whole hour for my order I called & spoke to the manager who was obnoxiously rude with no manners whatsoever who keep lying about my order being in my way when it wasn’t when it finally was brought to me it was cold & nasty DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY at this location
Incompetent manager and workers. Ordered online for delivery, waited over an HOUR before I called the store about my order as it just sat at “preparing” for most of that time. After I called I was told “delivery was canceled”. Not only should the manager pay attention to that and reach out to someone who ordered but should also offer a resolution or figure the delivery out not only say “I can cancel it”. If I didn’t call I could be waiting all day for an order that would have never been delivered and my money would have been wasted for the incompetence of being unable to manage and communicate with a customer. And to papa John’s themselves, don’t offer a delivery service if it is not going to be executed or communicated correctly. Fix your staff
